Content Writer/Editor with 5+ years of experience in the investment/financial services space. Ideal candidate will be able to work fully onsite in Greater Boston (North Shore) but some flex available if needed and depending on experience. Will research, write and manage the execution of written content including email copy, social posts, web pages, whitepapers, webinar scripts and sales collateral. The position requires strong investment knowledge with the proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership, sales, and investment teams to provide clients/investors with actionable insights. Target salary is 100-115K + bonus with some flex if needed depending on qualifications.
Responsibilities:
+ Plan, research, write and edit compelling content that highlights investment capabilities, market insights, and investment themes with an emphasis on delivering headline-driven, shorter pieces that tell the story and create engagement.
+ Develop a deep understanding of firm products and utilize knowledge of market trend to turn insights into campaign collateral.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders across leadership, sales, and investments to ensure accuracy of messaging and alignment of content with business priorities.
+ Maintain content calendar across product set to ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Package content for multiple distribution channels in order to amplify reach and drive engagement.
+ Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and look for opportunities to differentiate offering and investment views within a crowded marketplace.
+ Thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands compliance oversight
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience writing in the asset management industry is required.
+ Excellent writing skills.
+ Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
+ Experience developing new ideas for content origination for digital channels.
+ Strong project management skills, attention to detail; highly organized; strong communication and analytical skills a must.
