What You Will Do as a Human Resources Communications Coordinator:

The Human Resources Communications Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the communication strategies within the Human Resources department. The coordinator will handle various communication tasks, including email updates, digital signage, and the weekly HR newsletter, ensuring that all communications are clear and aligned with the company's goals. Additionally, this role will support the execution of employee events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

How You Will Make a Difference:Implement and support HR communication strategies to support employee engagement and departmental objectives.Create and distribute HR-related content via email, digital signage, LinkedIn and weekly newsletters.Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, and consistent with company branding and messaging.Collaborate with all departments and international employees to ensure cohesive communication across the organization.Support the planning and execution of employee events, including total company events, milestone celebrations, success celebrations, holiday events, and annual events.

Manage communications, calendar blocking, catering support, event flow, and technology support for these events.Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.General HR support including: invoicing, reporting and supporting various HR initiatives.

Skills for Success:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field.1-3 years of experience in human resources, internal communications, corporate communications or a similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative and proactive approach to problem solving and content creation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva as well as familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools.
