Groundworks is seeking a talented Videographer to join our tribe in Virginia Beach, VA!
As a Videographer collaborating with our instructional designers (training department), you will be responsible for creating a variety of video productions to create engaging and interactive training videos for our company.
You will focus on shooting and editing multiple training videos, while also having the capability to help direct and produce the video shoot.
We are offering $40,000-$50,000/year salary for this position, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
Videography
* Set up and film video content at our jobsites to create content for our Groundworks University.
* Set up and monitor audio.
* Set up lighting for interviews, green screens and jobsites.
* Perform edits in Adobe Premiere including assembly and sequence editing, color correction, color grading and basic audio editing.
* Utilize storytelling skills to effectively communicate the company's values and standard operating procedures.
Photography
* Photograph company events, jobsites, and corporate headshots as needed.
* Perform basic photography edits in Adobe Lightroom.
Producer
* Collaborate with our creative team and our Groundworks University team to execute preproduction and production for a variety of training videos.
* Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and planning corporate training video shoots.
* Learn our products, services and installation processes to be able to effectively produce creative training videos.
* Learn the basic workflow of developing interactive training content in Articulate Storyline, to properly collaborate with out Instructional Designers.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of combined experience working as a videographer.
* Ability to travel approximately 30%
* Skill with Adobe CC - primarily Premiere, Lightroom and After Effects.
* Knowledge and experience utilizing mirrorless cameras, a variety of lighting setups, lavalier mics, boom mics, and external audio recorders.
* Experience utilizing various gimbals such as motorized or manual steady cams.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate in a creative environment.
* Knowledge in Articulate Storyline is a plus.
* Knowledge in Motion Graphics is a plus.
