ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers / presents timely and accurate dashboards and business narrative to internal and external customers as directed by the Senior Manager of Customer and Market Insights.Participates in strategic planning sessions by supplying data, insights and recommendations that support decision making.Works with a variety of data and insights platforms; Data essentials, Circana (NPD) not limited to PGI (Sysco), Nielsen, IRI, Attribytes, Retail Link (Walmart), SAGE and others as directed.Reports out as directed to various constituents Rosina's performance across channels and brands.Communicates market and sales information to the Sales Associates and to Senior Management and may assist them in evaluating data upon request.Will assist the Sales Associates and Marketers where appropriate in creating strategic presentations to win and/or maintain existing business.Proactively assists in the tracking of new item launches and distribution expansion and provides analysis of effectiveness to Marketing and Sales, as directed.May be responsible for special projects which would involve researching, analyzing, and reporting on sales or market information in support of the Sales and Marketing Teams.Provide support and guidance for concept/sensory testing with customers and consumers as appropriate. Supportive of the new product development process.Perform any additional duties as directed by Finance, Sales and/or Marketing Leadership.
