Field Communications Specialist

The Communications and Procedures Specialist role in Store Operations is the place for you to learn and grow in your career!
In this position, you will have regular interaction with Executive leadership, collaboration with a diverse group of partners and drive communications strategies for +180,000 Associates and +2,400 stores.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
* Plan, write, review and send communications to field from multiple departments* Provide guidance to partners on written communications to result in high impact and consistent messaging* Strategically manage communication flow and workload to stores* Partner with subject matter experts to maintain current Policy and Procedure database; includes creating new and revising existing Policies and Procedures* Collaborate with key partners to understand current objectives / strategies* Provide problem solving and procedural support to field management* Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resource Training, Computer Science, related discipline, or equivalent experience.* Three years store management or operations experience.* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills* Outstanding organizational and planning abilities* Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing timelines* Skilled at collaborating with project managers and key partners* Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office* Proven ability to informally influence partners at many levels* Experience in corporate communications a plus

This position has a starting salary range of $72,100 to $91,800 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This role is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the office in Framingham, it is not open to remote.
