Job Description
Summary/objective
Duties include, but are not limited to:Coordinate incoming and worked orders to the proper art teamDigitally process proofing department ques and emailsCheck and process orders to production and art teamsWork with production and customer service to schedule ship dates and proof dates
Potential expanded job functions:Resolve issues regarding client supplied art filesAddress order queries from art teamsCreate simple virtual mockups and check art specifications
QUALIFICATIONSDependableDetail orientedExcellent verbal/written communicationMultitasking skillsEnsure orders are processed in a timely fashionMacOS or PC proficientAdobe Illustrator experience is a plus
