Marketing Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement strategies that Ensure JC Jackson Homes drives great, convertible traffic to our franchise sales process in order to meet our sales goals.Efficiently coordinate and monitor our marketing efforts to attract quality leads to our sales funnel to produce qualified buyers, who become happy customers.Participate in the development of the marketing plans and budgets, completing various routine and project based tasks.Ensure marketing plans are fully executed and costs accurately accounted for.Report on the measured success of those efforts.Assist with creative design for company newsletter and presentations.Take photos for social media.Serve as a backup for Online Sales CounselingExecutes specific event-planning process from start to finish, including determining and securing event locations, collateral, signage, event details and programming, pre-event marketing/communications plan, and on-site social media. (This may require occasional weekend hours)Enter, update, and monitor home listings to ensure peak performance for digital marketing, which includes but is not limited to MLS, Zillow, and the corporate websiteServe as a personal assistant to improve Jeremy Jackson's day-to-day and ensure progress is made on any special assignments as directed.Handle administrative and communication tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.Be the first line of telephone communication for Jeremy Jackson, to include answering phones and handling distribution of calls and messages for those unable to respond to calls.Serve as recorder for assigned meetings by taking notes to document decisions and action items.Open and distribute mailComplete tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

REQUIRED SKILLS

The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required by an individual to be successful in this role.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferable in marketing, graphic design or related fieldMinimum of 2 year's experience in similar jobProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteProficiency in Microsoft officeFamiliarity with 3rd party design programs (Canva, visme, etc.)Customer service and marketing experience preferred.Candidate must have a thorough understanding of the marketing mix and be able to effectively align marketing strategy with creative production.Strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and work well in high stress situations with tight deadlinesAbility to divide and utilize time and resources so that the organizational goals are achieved within the stipulated time, budget and resources.Ability to work in a team or independently when requiredTeam oriented with ability to establish credibilityStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, organized and attentive to detail.

JOB SPECIFICS
