Reporting organisationally to the Director of Broadcast Production, Operations, and Services, the Coordinator, Broadcast will be a key member of the FIFA26 Broadcast team, providing administrative and logistical support.
THE POSITIONThe main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Broadcast for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:• Oversee the team document structure, organisation, and access, and support the creation and development of documentation.• Administer team calendar, ensuring all key timelines are accurate and deadlines are met• Coordinate event time and non-event related logistics for the team.• Aid the planning and delivery of meetings, briefings, and workshops, including coordination and summaries.• Provide general administrative support to senior team members on primary projects• Assist with additional projects, where identified• Maintain and update relevant information and overviews.• During event time the role may develop to one on-site supporting the broadcast management.
YOUR PROFILE• Bachelors degree or equivalent level of experience• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment• Excellent attention to detail• Strong organisational skills• Proven success in a fast-paced, multicultural environment• Experience of international sports event projects is an asset• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) and planning software and online collaboration tools (SharePoint)
