Project information: The Designer Consultants will practice UX and CX design for all efforts, as well as design and support the development of artifacts (e.g., wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
Current related projects include:
• My shared customer portal will integrate with new systems and replace the existing Benefit Programs Online portal.
• The Forms Redesign project will leverage user feedback and research to redesign the initial forms and the online applications.
• The Language Access project involves translating vital forms and the UI Online system, as well as improving language access across all customer touchpoints.
• The Integrated Claims Management System will replace core claims systems and implement modernized claims processing capabilities and a new staff portal.
• Various usability research, certification, determination, and identity management efforts.
