Job Description:
As a Social Media and Growth Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media and growth marketing strategy across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Google etc. You will also be responsible for creating and editing video content that will be used for social media and other marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media and growth marketing strategy that drives engagement and growth on all platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Google SEO.Create and edit video content that can be used for social media and other marketing channels.Develop and manage social media campaigns, including creating content calendars, writing copy, and tracking and analyzing metrics.Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and growth marketing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.Use data and analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to help drive engagement and growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field. Alternatively - proven Social Media following and engagement across multiple platforms2+ years of experience in social media and growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Google SEO.Experience with video creation and editing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Creative and innovative thinker who is passionate about social media and growth marketing.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with influencers and partners.
