Responsibilities:Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial property and casualty insurance clients, addressing inquiries and managing policy service requests.Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and provide solutions.Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Maintain close relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms, coverage, and pricing.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:Active FL 2-20 license required.Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Producer.Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and policy administration.Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office Suite.
