Join our team as a Media Planning Director, where you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients and our internal media team. Your mission will be to understand, strategize, and implement effective media solutions, contributing to the achievement of client objectives. If you're a seasoned media expert with a passion for digital health and a track record in strategic planning, we want to hear from you.

Define a long-term strategic roadmap for media with key accountsUnderstand and stay up-to-date with digital media technologies, trends, vendors and best-practicesUnderstand and stay up-to-date with pharmaceutical marketing technologies, trends, vendors, best-practices and regulations-for patient marketing, healthcare professional marketing, and marketing to other healthcare stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to define a long-term vision for digital media at key account and a step-by-step implementation roadmap for achieving itCommunicate and advocate for this vision both internally (such as to media planners and account services teams) and externally (such as to clients)

Direct implementation of the roadmap at a cross-brand account levelProvide direction for implementation of platforms and technologies that reflect best-practices (ad serving, data management, etc.)Provide direction for the development and adherence to processes that reflect best-practices (planning, buying, reporting, optimization)Provide direction for the creation of templates and tools that maximize efficiency, effectiveness and repeatable excellence

Lead cross-channel media planning and optimization for brand media programsProvide evidence-based recommendations on channel budget allocationCollaborate with internal media team, including display media planners and search engine marketing experts, to maximize media effectiveness across channelsWork with display media planners, search engine marketing experts and analytics team to maximize media return on investmentCultivate relationships with strategic partners, including platform providers, publishers and networks

Skills and Experience8+ years in a digital media role, with a background in strategic digital media planning and experience in key media channels, including Display, and SEMDeep knowledge of all digital media channels and their strategic roleKnowledge of, interest in and excitement about emerging digital media technologies and channels, such as programmatic buying and native advertisingProven experience defining, communicating and implementing a strategic visionPassion for digital health and the possibilities of digital media for healthcareDrive to maximize return on investment and quantifiably prove itKnowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical marketing is preferredKnowledge of and experience with healthcare media vendors is preferred
