As a KME.digital Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the social media team and maintaining the digital presence of several clients, each with a unique voice and target goals. In this fast-paced work environment, our social media analysts must be self-starters who can assist in developing, managing, and executing thoughtful, lead-generating social media strategies.
QualitiesStays up to date on social media tools, trends, and best practicesPassion for digital storytellingStrong writing skills and ability to write accurately, quickly; prior copywriting experience a plusOutstanding written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrates ability to get things done independently and in a team environmentExperience in designing social media graphics and creating video contentCreative thinking and ability to connect trends to various industriesStrong Research & Organization SkillsImpeccable Proofreading Skills
ResponsibilitiesDeveloping daily posts and corresponding graphics for multiple clients and in a broad range of industriesMaintain and track approval of social media calendarsScheduling of posts using automation toolsMonitoring client comments, mentions, and DMsMonthly reporting to clients on the success of the social media strategyKeep up with industry news, knowledge, and best practicesAssist in research, development, and curation of content ideasCollaborate with other departments for multi-channel promotional plansIdentify opportunities for content promotion
