Position Summary:

The Paid Media Strategist (CTV Strategist) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CTV campaigns to achieve our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive multimillion experience in managing CTV campaigns, a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, and a proven track record of driving successful CTV initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement CTV campaign strategies to meet marketing goals.Manage and optimize CTV advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Taboola, Simpli.fi, Hulu, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, etc.).Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CTV campaigns with broader marketing strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the CTV space.Create detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the CTV advertising landscape.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying, with a focus on CTV campaigns.Proven track record of managing successful CTV campaigns from inception to completion.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using digital advertising tools and platforms (e.g., DSPs, ad servers, analytics tools).

Preferred Skills:Experience with programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB).Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.Familiarity with digital video advertising metrics and KPIs.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
