We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.The Senior Manager, Content and Creative is responsible for leading the internal content and creative services team in the delivery of persuasive, engaging and memorable creative concepts supporting LocumTenens.com's products and services. This role will play a pivotal role in driving our brand narrative forward and ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for creativity and storytelling.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:Team Management 50%•

Lead content and creative team to develop compelling, engaging, and on-brand content across various platforms.• Collaborate within marketing team and with sales and recruiting teams to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate content into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.• Works with marketing operations to manage and prioritize projects within timelines for project milestones.• Manage team of writers and designers, own relationship with freelance and contract workers• Identify content gaps and opportunities for innovation to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Content Creation 25%•

Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and other digital platforms.• Oversee the development of written, visual, and multimedia content, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with our audience.

Creative Direction 25%•

Provide creative direction and guidance• Craft original concepts based on established voice/tone, and collaborate with writers on copy execution

• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to produce innovative and impactful content.• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and creative design.• Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our content and creative efforts in the marketplace

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)• May work on special projects or other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY• Manages direct reports/operations team• Team budget of $100,000+• Interacts with customers, clients, partners, or providers outside of the company as neededQUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS• 7+ years of B2B and B2C marketing and/or marketing operations management experience. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.• Strong creative vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling content across various formats and channels.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and design• Project management and advanced organizational skills• Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times • Analytics and performance management experience
