We are seeking a dynamic Social Media & PR Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms! The ideal candidate will create and implement effective social media strategies, manage advertising campaigns, and oversee our online reputation, ensuring our brand resonates with our target audience.
A Day in the Life of the PR/Marketing Specialist
Develop and execute social media strategies, creating engaging content and analyzing performance to maximize engagement.Design and manage targeted advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook), Google, etc.Monitor and respond to online reviews, addressing customer concerns professionally.Manage company profiles and monitor online mentions, ensuring a positive brand image.Build relationships with media, influencers, and community partners; manage PR materials and events.
Requirements of the PR/Marketing Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.Experience in PR or social media management, preferably in hospitality.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation software (i.e., Adobe, Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.Creative with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
