Enrollment Communications Specialist
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Communications Specialist with expertise in higher ed marketing and Slate (CRM) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will work strategically to leverage system capabilities to develop, implement, and optimize ways to communicate to prospective undergraduate and graduate students throughout the admission funnel.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Slate (CRM) to support enrollment marketing initiativesDevelop and execute targeted marketing communications using Slate's toolsCreate and maintain automated communication flows within SlateImplement personalized content strategies using Slate's dynamic content capabilitiesAnalyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectivenessStay up to date with Slate updates and best practices in enrollment marketingManage enrollment marketing projects using provided technologyRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field3+ years of experience in higher education enrollment marketingProficiency with Slate (CRM), including campaign management and reportingStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional marketing automation platformsKnowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices in higher education
