Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will be instrumental in both marketing and sales initiatives, driving agency profit, expanding our client base, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our target population, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a proven track record in marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Maximize Agency Profit & Client Census: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase agency profitability and attract new clients.

Target Audience Insight: Leverage your understanding of the populations we serve to tailor marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Marketing Campaigns: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competition analyses to position our offerings effectively.

Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing trends to adapt strategies and ensure maximum impact.

Lead Generation: Generate and nurture leads through innovative marketing efforts that drive sales.

Sales:

Customer Identification & Education: Engage with potential customers, asking insightful questions to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, monitoring accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Negotiation & Persuasion: Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close sales, ensuring client needs are met.

Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential clients via text, email, phone calls, and social media to build a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in both marketing and sales, with a strong focus on strategy, execution, and relationship management.

In-depth understanding of the populations we serve and the ability to tailor marketing and sales efforts accordingly.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

Experience in conducting competitive analysis and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in marketing and sales software and tools.

Two or more years of college education preferred.

A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required.
