Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- The Marketing Coordinator will support the retail teams with developing innovative marketing plans to drive desired business results for both retail divisions (convenience and dispensary stores).
- Brainstorm new and creative marketing themes in coordination with the retail teams with merchandising displays or window decorations to appeal to customers; assist with developing, maintaining and ensuring successful implementation of planning calendars.
- Places prices or descriptive signs on backdrops, fixtures, merchandise or floor.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and optimize customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to develop compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Implement performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Proficiency in HTML5 to create engaging digital assets for online campaigns.
- Assist in digital advertising efforts across multiple platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
-Oversees productions of marketing materials; monitors for quality and adherence to company brand guidelines.
- Negotiates contracts with vendors or distributors.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
- Accept other duties as may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on data analysis and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong background in content marketing with the ability to create engaging copy and visuals.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Previous exposure to market research methodologies and consumer behavior analysis.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers; handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
