Associate Marketing Manager

Our mission is to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time and to help achieve this, we’re always on the lookout for motivated, ambitious and committed individuals to join our highly successful team.The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategy through coordinating and implementing marketing and communication initiatives with the goal of increasing the awareness of CSM’s service offerings and promoting sales leads.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experienceMarketing experience in an international healthcare and B2B environment preferredExperience with lead generation in previous roles preferredYour role at Clinigen:Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, aligning with Business Development and different internal stakeholder groupsOnline communication: Support content development and coordination with third parties on copy, graphic design, SEO/SEM, email newsletters (external), rollout of targeted online marketing campaigns, website updates and maintenanceCreate and manage a suite of sales enablement tools, including presentations, brochures, and training materials, that support priority offerings and empower the sales teamShare marketing intelligence and information with teamSupport internal communication among business, division and Group-wideCoordinate creation and update of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, white papers/gated content, animations, videos presentations, and trade show displaysCoordinate event participation, incl. cost forecasts and performance analysis and event communicationMedia: Support development of articles/ads in specialised industry magazines, digital and printedLiaise with colleagues on a global level and third parties for smooth implementation of strategies and project follow-upCollaborate with Inside Sales to support Marketing / Inside Sales alignmentAssist with reporting of marketing KPI performance vs goalsWe're excited about you if you have:Excellent writing skills: Experience with creating content/crafting key messagesSelf-confident, comfortable working across different departments and time-zonesOutstanding collaborator and teammate; able to advance shared goalsGood interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective work relationships at all levels and foster a cooperative work environmentHighly organised and strong attention to detail, able to prioritise and manage multiple activities at the same timeHighly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office softwareAnalytical skills with the ability to determine actionable insights from dataBenefitsWhile at Clinigen, you’ll enjoy:The culture.
