We pride ourselves on offering compassionate care and innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs of our community.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone new to the marketing field who is eager to learn and grow under the mentorship of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and basic graphic design skills, particularly using tools like Canva. This role will support the CMO in executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, handling lead inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations in the CMO's absence.Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:Develop and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.Monitor and respond to social media interactions promptly.Analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and engagement.

Graphic Design:Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva and other design tools.Ensure all designs align with SarahCare's brand identity and messaging.

Lead Inquiry Support:Respond to and manage incoming lead inquiries via phone, email, and social media.Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up as necessary.

Office Support:Assist the CMO with day-to-day tasks and projects.Manage office communications and coordinate meetings in the CMO's absence.Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

A strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field; previous experience is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not necessary.

Proficiency in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with lead management and CRM software is a plus.
