Key Responsibilities:
customer service, asking digging questions to find out customers needs.
Design custom signs using Adobe Illustrator.Handle front desk duties, including customer service and order taking.Collaborate with customers to create unique designs.Submit finalized designs for production.Occasionally assist with shipping.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Adobe programs, especially Illustrator.Detail-oriented with a creative flair.Strong communication and customer service skills.Prior design and customer service experience preferred.
