POSITION SUMMARY:

Produce and develop video content for Flashpoint broadcast shows, live events, and special productions, which support the project goals and mission of Flashpoint and Kenneth Copeland Ministries. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8am-6pm)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Research and identify content to create and produce video spots and segments for broadcast shows, live events, and special productions, for network airing, and posting on websites and social media.Research, select and edit broll clips for projects, as assigned, from various news and media sources.Assist Senior Producer with all elements of building/assembling the nightly Flashpoint broadcasts, including but not limited to pulling, prepping, naming and numbering all clips for the show according to current Flashpoint standards.Involved in developing and producing promotional spots and videos that meet creative expectations for broadcast shows and live events.Responsible for communicating project information, production direction, timelines and details to crew and staff for projects and shows assigned.Travel with as part of the production team to all Flashpoint live events, working with cameramen as EFP Producer to capture interviews, broll, and other segments from the event, as assigned.Create Production Schedules for shows and events.Maintain broadcast show Programming Projection with air/post dates, guests and product offers.Schedule resources and guests, as assigned, for shows, events, and shoots.Write copy/script for prompter, spots, social posts, and program listing descriptions.Ensure service flow is followed with video roll-ins and guest schedules, and that set, props, talent and technical crew are in proper positions.Production support for live events, productions, EFP shoots and services and post-production follow-up.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:College degree or equivalent, a minor or area of concentration in business, journalism, speech, or communication helpful.3 years of experience in production role, which demonstrates creative and logistic aptitude, resourcefulness and working knowledge of production process, including programming, audio and video elements, writing, scheduling, estimating, and editing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Working knowledge of Adobe Premier helpful.Must have strong interpersonal communications skills and work well with people in collaborative settings.Must have strong organizational and time management skills to meet due dates.Must have good attention to detail and ability to follow direction accurately.Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of work efficiently.Trustworthy to handle confidential information with integrity.Must have a positive attitude, adaptable to change, professional approach and presentation.Must have high level of spiritual maturity, respectful, discerning, and honoring.

Computer, phone, tablet, external hard drive, camera card reader, monitors, streaming devices, copier, printer, scanner, calculator

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

:Able to work in an office setting, on set, on location, remote areas outside the office, as assigned.Able to sit, stand, and work at a workstation for a minimum of 7 hours a day.Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operation equipment listed above and any other standard office machines.Requires normal range of vision and hearing.Must be able to travel, as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS:Work environments include office and production settings, studio environments and remote locations.Must be willing and able to travel as needed.May require longer hours to complete project, so must be flexible in work schedule per week.

OTHER:Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties, and divisions.Must maintain a good attendance record.Membership and attendance at EMIC preferred.Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills.Ability to work with people of all cultures.
