Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation, is looking for a Graphic Print Production/Order Processor at their Naples, FL facility.
Your Responsibilities:
* Reviews and interprets customer order information for promotional product printing
* Ensures all necessary items are present to produce the order effectively in a print production environment
* Responds to internal questions from vendors via email, telephone and mocks up art proofs to send approvals for print
* Sends orders into production with the correct information and production time
* Updates production schedule with the correct ship dates
* Understand print specifications for all products and file formats for printing
* Able to mockup vector artwork with internal procedures
* Ability to process orders with a deadline and a sense of urgency with all the correct information
Your Shift:
* Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
You Must Have:
* Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, Outlook; Adobe Suite programs; Illustrator, and Photoshop
* Knowledge of file formats such as jpg, eps, PNG, and vector vs. raster image
* Ability to speak and communicate with fellow employees at a professional level
* Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as purchase orders, operating procedures, or other job specific details for print
* Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Requirements Within This Position:
* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
We Would Also Prefer:
* High School Diploma or the equivalent* Graphic Design and print knowledge is preferred* 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
