The Content Department is looking for an Associate Editor to join WEBTOON's Los Angeles headquarters. The Content Department is responsible for Original Programming on US WEBTOON. The Associate Editor position, reporting directly to the Managing Editor, will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and working with creators to deliver a variety of Original Series on the platform.

Essential Duties:Gain familiarity with popular and diverse series on WEBTOON ORIGINALS and CANVASActively review and source CANVAS series and pitched materialsParticipate in pitch and development meetingsHandle acquisition and development of assigned seriesSet deadlines and ensure the quality and delivery of assigned seriesManage (or co-manage) creator and external partner relationships and communicationProvide constructive creative feedback and optimization solutions to the development processHelp strategize and implement marketing efforts on assigned seriesMonitor and evaluate audience reception of assigned seriesContribute to offline/online events as needed
