WHO WE ARE

The Hallmark CX Marketing team is a highly collaborative and energetic group of marketing and communications professionals focused on delivering a consistent and engaging consumer-led brand experience. Our purpose is to build relevancy and engagement with the Hallmark brand through multiple channels of distribution including mass retail partners, our own Hallmark Gold Crown network as well as growing digital platforms and solutions. The team is comprised of passionate brand and retail marketers with a desire to inspire and affirm caring consumers to spread more care and joy into our world through greeting cards and specialty gifts. The CX Marketing team is responsible for national brand and mass channel marketing strategies and execution; social media strategy and execution, influencer programs and public relations, local marketing strategies for Hallmark Gold Crown network and a best-in-class Crown Rewards loyalty program growth and retention strategies, as well as marketing support for Hallmark Keepsakes Ornaments, Gift Wrap solutions and other Hallmark product focuses.

WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the influencer and social media marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and executing influencer, social and content marketing strategies to enhance our brand’s presence and engagement across various platforms. You will work closely with Marketing Managers to identify, engage, and manage social and influencer relationships, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies and objectives, and execute omnichannel integration and campaigns across the CX Marketing team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional work experience

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience using various social media platforms (ex: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field

Experience with social media platform business accounts (ex: Meta Business)

Experience with social media and content tools (ex: Netbase, Sprout Social, Later, WordPress)

Professional writing experience and developing presentations

Passion and curiosity for social media marketing

Experience in influencer marketing management

This position is hybrid, working onsite at headquarters in Kansas City, MO 1-2 days per week
