Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative with 2 or more years of Sales experience to join our team. You will interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. You will be responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities Include:

Interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process.Responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.Build strong relations with Sales and Marketing teams. This includes; Sales, Sales & Marketing, Sales - Aerospace & Defense (A&D).Generate leads through outbound sales activities and leverage of sales prospecting tools for company profile, individual profile, and target marketing effortsSet qualified introductory meetings for Sales teamExceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quotas.Develop strong sales and product knowledgeUpdate lead and prospect activity in CRM to ensure effective lead managementConnect with brands / prospects we consider to be relevant to sell to.Need to be confident as you will be representing the brand. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demonstrations or presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.Reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels.Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-taskWork with teams that have a strong track record.The role-holder will be able to solve complex problems.Work independently, receiving minimal guidance.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

2+ years of Sales experienceBe confident in calling outbound to new prospectsBe keen to progress in SalesBe motivated by making commission

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

You have a Bachelor's degree in a Business or Sales-related subject.You are a strong team player with intense focus on customer success.You are detail-oriented, flexible and have a commitment to deadlines.You have experience with technical documentation and strong analytical skills.You have experience developing demonstrations and giving presentations.You enjoy collaborating with others for creative problem solving.You can take initiative and be proactive.

Please note: This role will be eligible for commission.
