Minimum Degree Required:Master's Degree
JOB SUMMARYDuties:Provides administrative support related to the budget and operational aspects of the recording and marketing process, including but not limited to analyzing recording actuals vs budgets, liaison with A&R and legal departments.Liaison with Legal department and Producer Agreements for all recording projects.Provide recording summaries/actuals to A&R and Finance as needed.Access Veva system to check on recording parts delivery status.Perform reconciliation of all current projects to ensure that production expenses are being booked properly and that all expenses are accounted for.Assist in open PO research and maintenance for both recording and marketing.Learn and assist in training in-house staff on UniPort.
