SUMMARY:Are you someone who thrives on interacting with employees and has a passion for communication, planning and creativity? As a Communications Partner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience through Internal Communications, Community Involvement, and Employee Wellbeing. This highly collaborative role will create meaningful engagement opportunities for our team and help celebrate and amplify all internal activities and events through dynamic communication across various channels, creating a sense of pride and connection among our team. You will foster inclusive communication and leverage technology to connect a diverse workforce, including remote teams, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Internal Communications

Build and coordinate annual communication calendar for the People TeamEnhance company voice and values within all internal communications to drive employee engagementServe as a company ambassador, promoting the organization’s culture and values both internally and externally.Foster Inclusive Communication. Utilize inclusive communication tactics to ensure all team members, regardless of location, feel connected and valued.Play a lead role in orchestrating our employee townhalls, which are both virtual and in-person.Lead internal communications efforts, including planning, writing, preparing, updating, and posting content on platforms such as The Leaf and LinkedIn.Utilize Canva and other digital tools to create engaging and visually appealing content.Amplify on all internal activities and events through dynamic communication across various channels. Unifying our internal voice through our various facilities and locations.Leverage technology and digital tools to enhance communication and engagement across various locations.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

Develop and execute, Nature’s Way’s community engagement program, including managing corporate giving, event presence, and employee engagement/volunteer initiatives.Foster and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners.Organize and support Nature’s Way’s participation in community events.Act as a liaison between Nature’s Way and community organizations.Work with departmental representatives to ensure consistent coverage of corporate and employee activities, enhancing Nature’s Way’s desire to be an employer of choice.

EMPLOYEE WELLBEING:

Coordinate, execute, and communicate Nature’s Way’s wellbeing initiatives.Ensure compliance with wellness program regulations and stay updated on changing guidelines.Oversee wellness contract service providers.Lead the analysis and measurement of wellness metrics to drive results.Collaborate with various resources and employees to fully engage and enhance wellness initiatives.Manage the corporate wellness budget and track expenses.

QUALITIFICATIONS:

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with employees.Proven experience in event planning and coordination.Detail-oriented with a creative eye for design and content creation.Proficiency in using digital tools such as Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication platforms.Self-starter with 5+ years of experience in Communications, Event Planning, HR, or Marketing.Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with various teams.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies.Ability to leverage technology to enhance communication and engagement across a diverse workforce.
