Director of Marketing
to lead the process of strategic transformation and corporate growth from the perspective of the market (customers and consumers)This position is key to planning, developing, and implementing brand strategies, marketing plans, and programsThe ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Sell In and Out activities, as well as market analysis for the generation of short and long-term strategies, always seeking to meet sales and profitability objectivesBilingual is a Must.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance brand visibility across international markets
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistent communication across all channels
Lead product development initiatives, ensuring that new offerings meet market demands and consumer preferences
Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to maximize reach and engagement
Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing strategies effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the food and beverage industryProven track record of successfully launching and managing international marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation
