Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Specialist I

Executes day-to-day functions related to maintaining the Company’s corporate websites and online brand. Ensures websites meet the needs of target audiences. Builds knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), website usability and agile software development as it pertains to overall corporate website strategy. Provides input into Company website including functionality, content, and ways to improve the website visitor experience.

Uses content management system (CMS) to support day-to-day management of corporate websites, including content management, updates, and audits.

Executes website strategy developed by department leadership.

·

Gains exposure to search engine optimization (SEO) and website usability best practices and tools under guidance of more senior team members.

·

Stays current in knowledge of website platform, best practices, and industry trends.

·

Performs other duties as assigned.

Digital Marketing Specialist II

Executes day-to-day functions related to maintaining the Company’s corporate websites and online brand. Ensures websites meet the needs of target audiences. Assists with creating web experiences that support the Company’s acquisition and retention marketing campaigns. Executes website optimization and search engine optimization (SEO) tactics. Provides input into Company website including functionality, content, and ways to improve the website visitor experience.

Uses content management system (CMS) to perform day-to-day management of corporate websites, including content management, updates, and audits.

Creates and maintains landing pages aligned with marketing and communications campaigns that drive conversions.

·

Executes on search engine optimization tactics using SEO tools, including keyword research and content audits.

·

Analyzes SEO metrics, such as search engine referrals and keyword rankings.

·

Assists with website optimization projects and implements some optimization tactics, such as A/B testing and personalization, to improve overall user experience.

·

Implements website strategy developed by department leadership.

·

Stays current in knowledge of website platform, best practices, and industry trends.

·

Performs other duties as assigned.
