Income? You will receive a lucrative compensation plan with bonuses and incentives abound!
Medical, Dental, and Vision? We have executive-level coverage – PPO Platinum Plan. We pay 100% of your personal premium and 50% for your dependents.

Our presence on social media has played a large part in our growth by sharing Jobot’s mission with our clients, candidates, and future Jobot Family members. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Social Media Director to create engaging social media content and marketing strategies that embodies our culture and brand! #thatjobotlife
3 Things that are Needed for this Job:
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing across multiple platforms
- In depth understanding of social media marketing strategies, from creating content calendars to measuring the success of campaigns
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred
4 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
- Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand growth across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Develop and manage content calendars and briefs, focusing on storytelling for clients, candidates, and consultants
- Lead the creation of organic and paid social content, coordinating with the brand founder and creative team
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying key metrics and optimizing strategies

This job is based on our hybrid in office, Monday - Wednesday in Newport Beach, CA at our beautiful Jobot House!
