Job Details

Hybrid role - will work in Irvine office 2x per week.

BA Degree a Must! Marketing related preferred and 5-8 years experience in Marketing

  • Experience in CMS (Content Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) required.
  • Email marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Experience in use of analytical tools across Google.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Excellent professional demeanor.
  • HTML, CSS,and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Assist in planning, executing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze search engine results.
  • Build and test nurturing campaigns, including email and social media, and use data to inform creative and campaign efforts.
  • Create and monitor website and landing page changes to optimize search engines results, and conversion optimization.
  • Assist in developing and placing content on site to include keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to websites based on best practices, data-driven results, and research.
  • Conduct various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic.
  • Assess market research, surveys, and reports and propose optimizations to digital and non- digital properties and future marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate and attend trade shows.
  • Assist and coordinate in the design and production of print marketing materials
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
