Role Overview

The focus of this Corporate Communications Manager is on Internal Communications. IPG Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication, connectivity, collaboration, and engagement across our global network. You'll use forward-thinking communications practices and ideas to communicate across a number of channels and help leaders bring their messages to life. You'll partner cross functionally with key stakeholders, such as the HR, IT, Production, Agency business leaders, Office Services, Designers, etc. to build bridges across our organization and drive timely, relevant, and impactful content.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, and be curious about exploring different contexts. Building relationships and collaborating with individuals from various functions and locations should come naturally to you. You should have superior time management and organizational skills. You easily manage multiple tasks efficiently, consistently meet tight deadlines, and motivate others to do the same.

This position will report directly to the Director of Internal Communications.

About the Role

Driving the evolution of IPG Health's global internal communications strategy and ecosystem, including:Produce employee communications: Develop and author a variety of compelling and informative internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, interviews, and blogs to be delivered across a variety of communications channels (email, intranet, social, digital, etc.)Day-to-day management of the network's internal communications channels: Oversee the company's internal communication channels, such as the company intranet, email communications, digital signage, and collaboration platforms, ensuring content on these platforms are current, relevant, and engaging, promoting two-way communication and information sharing.Work cross-functionally across teams, collaborate closely with various departments, including HR, IT, Compliance, ERGs/BRGs, Operations, etc. to ensure cohesive communication and consistent messaging.Help drive employee engagement: Collaborate with the senior internal communications manager to create inventive programming across various platforms, such as organizational analysis and change programs, onboarding initiatives, career development plans, internal event, and more.Support the internal communications strategy: Support the execution of the company's internal communications strategy, aligning with the company's values, goals, and objectives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of communication strategies.About You (mandatories)3-5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications and/or public relations.Strong creative writing skillsExtremely organized, detail oriented, comfortable asking questions and diligent follow up; proven project management skills.Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify, communicate and resolve problems.Must have the ability to stay calm and efficient under intense deadlines.Experience working and communicating with senior leadership.MS Office required. MS Teams, SharePoint, Yammer, and UX/UI experience a plus.Recommended soft skills: people operations, organizational development, project management, strategic thinking, cross collaboration

Salary

$90,000 to $120,000 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
