What You will do:Create and maintain technical documentation, including Systems engineering management plan, system manuals, user guides, and IT documentation.Collaborate with developers, engineers, and product managers to gather and verify technical information.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.Ensure all documentation meets company standards for style, clarity, consistency, and quality.Utilize content management systems and other tools to publish and maintain documentation.Participate in peer reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.
Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 3 years' experience as a technical writer or in a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience writing Systems engineering management plan, IT strategy plan, system design document.Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently.Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and research skills.Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
