The Role

The Digital Marketing Sales Manager will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and short-term advertising techniques through digital platforms. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and generate sales.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and coordinate digital offerings for Anthem/DX fuel dispenser promotions.Coordinate and negotiate with regional and national advertisers.Head-up sales effort nationally for digital marking across all of OWL’s regions.Motivate and help sales team in generating interest in digital offering.Build strong client relationships through effective written, verbal and visual communication and by providing clear messaging regarding account performance and strategy.Monitor the marketing metrics to establish effectivenessGaining potential leads and transforming them into customers.Presenting ideas and concepts to internal and external customers.Growing revenues year-over-year across all of OWL’s business.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Strong interpersonal skills to serve customersDemonstrates organization skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Possess a strong work ethicExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellenceIn-depth knowledge of digital marketing.Previous experience in driving marketing strategies.Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives.Travel requirements approximately 20%Will maintain a valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.Compensation and Benefits
