As we continue to grow, we are actively seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy, and creative Email Marketing Manager to maximize our lead generation and conversion rates! This key role puts you right at the heart of the company where you will be responsible for delivering leads to an amazing team of fun, friendly and high-performing coworkers in a work atmosphere that values honesty, personal connection, and authenticity most!
We are looking for someone who knows technology inside and out who is structured, strategic, and able to think outside of the box. Somebody who works at high-speed capacity, with hyper attention to detail and exceptional follow-through. This person needs to be a strong communicator, upbeat, persistent, and able to successfully execute multi-channel campaigns, manage time well, and present ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone.

Position: Email Marketing Manager
Salary Range: Up to $70,000 / year DOE + bonus
Email Marketing Manager Requirements:
- Experience or interest in the staffing industry
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation for a service-based industry
- Bachelor s degree in marketing or communications is highly preferred
- Must be extremely tech-savvy , creative and forward-thinking
- Self-motivated, passionate, and eager to make a big impact
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and quick-moving environment
- Experience with email automation is preferred
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools preferred
- Design creative and insightful demand-generation strategies, optimizing our platforms and technologies to increase lead generation and maximize conversation rates
- Work with leadership to implement and refine existing lead-generation processes
- Research and identify new technologies and brainstorm innovative ways to implement them in alignment with company goals
- Assist with creating and producing content for various lead generation campaigns
- Track essential metrics (e.g., open rates, unsubscribes) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize ROI
- Report on sales revenue generated through email marketing efforts
- Maintain an up-to-date client database and organize targeted email lists
- Determine the appropriate target audience for each campaign
