Thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay updated with the ever-changing social media landscape, and bring your leadership skills to our dynamic team.As a Social Media Marketing Manager within our Commercial Banking Integrated Media Team, you will be a key leader responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns. You will work closely with department leadership to meet marketing objectives and manage a team of Social Media Marketing Associates. Your role will require a strong background in program analytics and optimization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, develop and execute comprehensive social campaigns to support all CB initiatives; working closely with the Integrated Media leads on integrated media campaigns from briefing, planning, execution through to campaign reporting; experience running paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn is requiredDevelop thoughtful tactical recommendations, bringing innovative ideas to the table for all campaign objectivesKey liaison between the marketing team and social media partners i.e (LinkedIn)as well as other social teams in other JPMC LOBsCollaborate with all stakeholders within the Marketing and Communications team and provide strategy, advice and effective solutions to launch social media campaignsWork closely with creative team to ensure creative aligns with content strategy and develop distribution plans for maximum impactPartner closely with marketing team members to determine campaign goals and set target KPIsTranslate business strategy into social media campaigns and coordinate execution across channelsManage internal and external vendors in the development and execution of paid social campaignsDetailed at tracking expenses, invoicing, keeping budgets up to date and monitoring spend while campaigns are in flightContribute ideas and solutions for digital, social, web, video, photo, story, gif creative and moreMentor and manage a team of Social Media Marketing AssociatesRequired Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

Bachelor's degree in a related field required7+ years in a digital media role, preferably working in the B2B space for large companies with multiple brands and/or lines of businessKnowledge of social media platforms is a mustKnowledge of working within LinkedIn's campaign manager tool is requiredExperience managing social media marketing programsExperience in buying and managing paid social media marketing campaignsAbility to work independently with multiple partners to execute strategic projects and paid media campaignsAbility to influence, use sound judgment, make informed decisions/recommendations and earn trust from multiple stakeholdersStrong project management skills with strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skillsCritical thinker and team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and prioritiesAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (e.g., understanding measurement, benchmarks, campaign reportingPreferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

Social media community management experience a plus, but not required
