LIBRARY STUDENT WORKER
This position provides general assistance in the day-to-day operation of the library, as well asproviding excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff as needed. Jobresponsibilities include shelving books, shelf reading, checking items in and out at front desk,special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED)
Accuracy - Must be consistent and detail-oriented.Willingness - Must be flexible to take on new projects and tasks, as needed.Critical Thinking - Strong analytical skills as related to problem-solving and decisionmaking.Communication - Ability to convey accurate information to patrons in a clear and concisemanner.Interpersonal Skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, andstaff.
