The Role

A Senior Communication Manager in Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is a self-starter and an integral member of a Plan Sponsor s service team, responsible for developing creative and strategic multichannel communication and engagement plans for our SPS clients. We take proactive ownership in collaborating with clients and business partners to execute quality, effective and efficient strategies. We are passionate about maximizing the Communication & Education (C&E) offering and resources across Fidelity to help plan participants make the most of their stock equity compensation benefits.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS/BA required

  • History of collaborating and establishing effective relationships with teammates, business partners and clients, applying compromising and influencing skills. Client-facing experience strongly preferred.

  • Significant experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and/or communication programs

  • Effective at project management and problem-solving for high-complexity processes and programs

  • Ability to uncover and anticipate needs, synthesize feedback, and use data to develop and present creative communication strategies

  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and ownership in identifying and executing on opportunities to drive progress and transformation

  • Knowledgeable and experienced working with company stock plans or other employee benefits preferred

The Team

The Stock Plan Communications Team aligns our C&E offering to the needs of Plan Sponsors and participants. We assist participants with getting started with Fidelity, understanding their awards, navigating plan events, and providing guidance to help them plan for today and tomorrow. Educating all participants on company provided awards and the impact these benefits can have on overall financial wellness is fundamental to Fidelity s approach. Fidelity's working model
