DescriptionWe are seeking a customer-focused Video Streaming Engineer to join our team and support video delivery systems at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring and maintaining video and network equipment, implementing new video delivery technologies, providing technical expertise and recommendations, planning for future growth and capacity needs, evaluating infrastructure performance, and staying up to date on industry trends and technology. Proficiency in wireless networking, multicast protocols, and network fundamentals is crucial for this role, as well as knowledge of digital video content delivery methods and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Pay Range:$68,900.00 - $124,550.00The pay range is a general guideline and actual compensation will be determined based on various factors.
