We are in search of a digital strategist to maintain and develop our suite of websites, as well as discover, review, and analyze our digital media partners. This individual will work in conjunction with the both the executive and dealership teams, to increase and strengthen our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proactive personality, and have a true passion for digital marketing.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesExplain digital concepts to an array of different digital knowledge levelsProvide consultation, direction, and training, for internal stakeholdersDevelop new ways to increase online lead generation and conversionProvide monthly reporting to the executive teamStay ahead of the curve with automotive digital trends, as well as overall digital industry trendsManage relationships with digital partnersEstablish goals and metrics to measure digital success, growth, opportunities, and failuresFind ways to quantify digital successes for executive team.Audit websites for optimal website healthAnalyze competitor's digital strategiesAudit digital vendors to ensure we're getting the products we purchaseAnalyze website analytics and vendor dataConduct routine online reputation auditsRoutinely make decisions based on analyticsAbility to personally troubleshoot and fix e-commerce related issuesStrategic planning, timeline development, and forecasting for all digital initiativesE-Commerce goal-setting
Qualifications5-7 years in an e-commerce roleMust be have some HTML knowledgeExtensive experience with Google AdWords campaignsExperience working on the backend of a variety of different website platformsDeep understanding of Google AnalyticsFamiliarity Google Business listingsSolid understanding of Search Engine Optimization best practicesExceptional eye for detailStrong verbal and written communication skills
