Marketing Communications Manager . MRA's Marketing team is seeking a messaging and communications expert with experience in content creation, creative services, marketing channels, and public relations. This team member will play a key role in the messaging strategy and copy execution across multiple channels and platforms, holding us to a standard that is true to our brand and delivers a wonderful experience for our members and prospects.As a Marketing Communications Manager at MRA, you get to:
Work with diverse Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business leaders to develop key messages and value propositions.
Develop and adapt campaign messaging and creative materials across mediums, including email, web, print, and social media.
Act as a creative services manager, managing the creative workflow and facilitating production across teams, from ideation to copy and graphic design. Manage designer and proofreaders.
Ensure creative work meets brand standards and guidelines.
Craft news releases and marketing messaging for campaigns and projects.
Collaborate with thought leaders and speakers to assist with promotion around speaking opportunities, planning, and follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years' experience.
Strong copy and content knowledge with the ability (and enthusiasm) to write, revise, and produce across mediums (email, social media, website, etc.).
Strong critical thinking, writing, and editing skills.
Demonstrated experience developing and deploying multi-channel campaigns.
Thorough knowledge of creative workstreams and ability to run programs efficiently to produce high-quality work on time and on budget, both internally and with external agencies.
Able to lead projects across and within teams.
Knowledge of public relations, from press release development to media relations.
