Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role focuses on social media management, graphic design, and event support, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong background in content creation, digital advertising, and graphic design. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Management: o Create, design, and schedule daily/weekly social media content across all social media platforms. o Collaborate with other departments to develop content strategies o Capture photos and videos for content creation. o Plan and execute social media campaigns o Edit images and videos to ensure high-quality content.

Social Media Advertising: o Design graphics for social media ads on Facebook and Instagram o Track ad performance, test new strategies, and optimize based on results. o Updated community calendars o Develop ads for all agency service lines

Graphic Design and Print Material Creation: o Create and update flyers, postcards, greeting cards, brochures, and promotional materials with graphics o Create posters and yard signs for annual events. o Format and create evergreen newsletters quarterly and customize newsletters for different locations or departments.

Event Assistance: o Assist in creating and printing promotional materials for events, including o Support event setup – All hands-on deck.

Google Ads and Analytics: o Understanding of Google ad placement and analytics.

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in all social media platforms and scheduling tools. o Understanding of Google ads and analytics. o Strong graphic design skills with experience in Canva and design tools o Experience with social media advertising platforms and analytics. o Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact) and content management systems. • Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. o Strong attention to detail and creativity. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
