We are excited to offer a unique part-time opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform and WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.
Launch Legends will be launching the Testnet for the blockchain and the integrated Creator SocialFi Platform in late September.

Compensation:
Initially compensation is equity and token only (until we complete our public token sale anticipated December or January).

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Frontend Web Developer (Figma Expert) to join our team at GO WFO LLC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in converting Figma designs into responsive and functional Web3 websites. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that our digital products are seamlessly implemented and maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the conversion of Figma designs into fully functional Web3 websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
Collaborate with designers to understand and implement the visual and interactive elements of the design.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure that all web pages are responsive and meet design specifications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Web3 development trends and technologies.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role, specifically with Web3 technologies.
Extensive experience in converting Figma designs to HTML/CSS.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Familiarity with Web3.js and other blockchain-related libraries.
Understanding of responsive design principles and techniques.
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with decentralized applications (dApps).
Familiarity with Figma best practices and tips for converting designs to frontend code.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that web applications adhere to them.
