We produce one-of-a-kind catered events and unparalleled dining experiences in a variety of cultural, corporate, entertainment, and private venues throughout New York City and beyond.About the Role:As a Marketing Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of our brands and food and beverage outlets. You'll work closely with our team to create engaging content, manage social media, and assist in executing marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:+ Social Media Management:+ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for our food and beverage brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.+ Create high-quality content, including captivating visuals, engaging captions, and relevant hashtags.+ Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from our followers in a timely and professional manner.+ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.+ Content Creation:+ Assist in developing compelling content for our marketing materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and website copy.+ Conduct research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.+ Create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with our brand identity.+ Marketing Campaign Support:+ Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our food and beverage outlets, including events, promotions, and partnerships.+ Assist with the development of marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and digital ads.+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.+ Event Support:+ Assist in the planning and execution of food and beverage events, such as pop-ups, tastings, and special dinners.+ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a successful event.+ Provide on-site support during events, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and assisting with event setup and breakdown.Qualifications:+ Strong interest in marketing, social media, or hospitality and experience preferred.+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.+ Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.+ Basic understanding of social media analytics and marketing metrics.+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Job SummaryAs an intern, you will be working closely with Compass Group leaders to develop skills and competencies to be successful in your prospective industry.
