We're seeking a
Marketing Assistant
to join our team, helping to improve leads and support our marketing department. You'll work closely with our marketing managers and executives on various projects, including developing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and analyzing marketing data.
Your Role:
Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth department operations.
Assist marketing executives in organizing and managing projects.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to gather important data (e.g., social media, web analytics, rankings).
Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant information.
Help organize and attend promotional events and digital campaigns to ensure their success.
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
Create and post online content for the company's website and social media channels.
Write marketing materials (brochures, press releases, etc.) to enhance the company's market presence.
Communicate directly with clients to build and maintain trust.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a customer service mindset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to analyze and accurately process data.
Positive problem-solving attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
