Marketing Coordinator .Our team includes talented marketers, communicators, and trusted partners working alongside firm leadership to support our mission of Building Community. You will work with the Architectural and Civil Marketing Managers to oversee multiple projects concurrently and own proposal responsibilities. You will also lead effective proposal responses, support marketing campaigns using digital and print graphics solutions, utilize CRM solutions, and collaborate with the marketing team for further marketing support. Leads and facilitates proposal development and productionWrites non-technical text; edits grammar, style, and contentProvides peer QA/QC reviews for proposalsCollaborates with firm leadership, subject matter experts (SME), and marketing team membersCoordinates and develops various marketing content to support firm leadership and SMEsEnsures content is comprehensive, consistent, compelling, and client-specificParticipates in opportunity identification and tracking activitiesAssists with general marketing duties including internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, presentations, etc.Coordinates Trade Shows and eventsAssembles qualification packages (RFQ/RFP/Statements of Qualifications)Assists with CRM database input with leads, opportunities, and client contactsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism or Communications, English, or other related disciplineProposal development & coordination experience, preferredProficiency in production software including Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop); MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and Bluebeam RevuExudes a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented focusAbility to multitask, prioritize, and self-manage tasks from start to finishAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailExceptional writing and communication skillsAbility to understand, initiate, write, and edit documents on complex topicsDemonstrates innovation in solving problems and finding informationBenefits and Perks
