Visa is searching for a Senior Director of Global Marketing Services to help us build and commercialize a new Digital Marketing Solutions Practice to offer digital solutions that sit at the intersection of our clients' priorities and investment areas. As the Marketing Services business continues to rapidly scale and grow in the coming years, this is a critical focus area as we aim to help clients grow their business, through increased awareness, acquisition, usage, loyalty, and retention. This individual will be an expert in developing and executing effective end-to-end digital campaigns (with a focus on Card / Payments Marketing) and have deep knowledge of the various Marketing Technology Platforms available in the industry that underpin effective digital marketing campaigns.As a key member of the Marketing Services Team, the selected candidate will advance the strategy, vision, and go-to-market approach to help achieve the Marketing Services financial growth aspirations in the coming years. This role partners closely with the Marketing Digital Experiences and Capabilities (DXC) Team, Regional Client Marketing Teams, Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), other Global Marketing Teams (Sponsorship, Brand, Content, Insights & Analytics), among others.This position will report directly into the Vice President, Global Marketing Services.Key Responsibilities:

Specifically, this individual will:Lead development of a new white space Digital Marketing Practice Area within the Marketing Services Business, including the creation of in-depth playbooks and sales materials that help us win new business with clients, in close partnership with the Global Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Team.Initial focus on penetrating Card / Payments Marketing opportunity by developing ability to execute 1-1, trigger-based, continuous campaigns for worldwide clients across the lifecycle (awareness, acquisition, activation, usage, retention).Secondary focus on supporting all other client types (Merchant, FinTech, Government) with digital marketing campaign efforts.New practice area should showcase Visa's strengths in this space and take great examples from regional work already underway and scale globally.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in client conversations to demonstrate how Visa can help clients execute holistic, personalized campaigns across channels to grow their portfolios, in close partnership with the Regional and Local Marketing Services Teams.Partner with DXC, Product, Technology, and more to identify the right Marketing Technology Platform(s) to deliver effective Digital Marketing Campaigns for our clients, and oversee the commercialization efforts, including:Regional prioritizationAudience prioritizationKPIsPricing & ContractingSales EnablementAdvertising + CommunicationsTrainingPost-Launch ActivitiesMonitor and report on the effectiveness of the new Digital Marketing Practice Area within Marketing Services, including pipeline management, best practice sharing, case study reapplication, and more.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications:* 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience.* Prior relevant experience leveraging a leading Marketing Technology Platform to execute world-class digital campaigns end-to-end. Track record of success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.* In-depth understanding of Card / Payments Marketing fundamentals.* Strong digital acumen, outcomes-driven, and ability to use data to prove what is - or isn't-working.* Demonstrated ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders and execute on a strategy to drive action. Comfortable operating in white space.* Global sensibilities and empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world.* A strong public speaker, comfortable and poised in front of large groups with the ability to clearly communicate compelling messages up, down, and across the organization.* Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.* Extremely organized with quick follow through and a bias towards action.* Strong working relationships with and management of external agency partners.* Experience working within Visa Marketing Services is preferred, but not required.Additional Information

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300.00 to 250,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
