Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google's AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.What You'll Do:Creative thinking and strategic execution. You will be asked to think outside of the box, and partner to push brand narrative and innovation forward. Contributing to brand and marketing strategy with a creative thinking and first principles mentality.Producing brand-related assets and creating comprehensive campaigns and materials. This includes developing assets for internal use, customer-facing materials, and external marketing campaigns.Managing creative direction and production for various media types:Website and blog contentSocial media assetsPresentationsEvent materials and signagePhotographyVideo production and editingMotion graphics

We're seeking candidates with deep knowledge and significant experience in these areas, coupled with a willingness to learn and expand expertise in others.Collaborate closely and clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of partners including external partners, multidisciplinary creatives and our internal partners across marketing, engineering and product.Provide cross-org input that will help shape planning and strategy.Deliver and solicit feedback to continually elevate the Sierra brand and raise the quality and craftsmanship of our output; maintaining brand guidelines and strong attention to detail.What You'll Bring:Proven Experience : Experience driving the Brand development and creative design for Global B2B, SaaS & AI-driven products. With a portfolio demonstrating ability to implement a combination of strategic, conceptual and design skills crafting original, persuasive, and visually compelling work.Curiosity : Experience with film production & motion graphics, producing live webinars, a variety of social and media campaigns, building marketing assets and owning holistic brand design from creative conception to execution.Great Collaboration:

Strong ability to craft a clear narrative and paint a vision that communicates and aligns teams. Experience developing creative brand and acquisition campaigns and collaborating with marketing & technical organizationsExcellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems, design concepts and decisions to various stakeholders.Research Skills:

Experience gathering cross functional feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable campaign improvements.Creative Proficiency : Well-versed in using a broad spectrum of design tools - from Keynote and Google Slides for presentation design to the full Adobe Suite and Figma for design, video, illustration, and motion graphicsAdaptability and Resilience:
